Express Plumbing Services provides residential and commercial plumbing services in Broward County, Florida. All work is performed by licensed plumbers in accordance with Florida state codes.
We provide free estimates for non-emergency work. Emergency service calls may include a diagnostic fee, which is disclosed before work begins. All pricing is flat-rate and presented upfront — no hourly billing surprises.
All labor is warranted for 1 year from the date of service. Parts and materials carry manufacturer warranties. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, flooding, or acts of nature.
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. Financing options are available for larger projects.
Please provide at least 2 hours notice for non-emergency appointment cancellations. Emergency service slots that are cancelled with less than 1 hour notice may incur a trip charge.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions discovered during service.
